I am the Lead Podiatrist at Healthy Footsteps, I have seen, and treated, a wide variety of foot conditions. From problem prevention and diagnosis to comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans I know the best care plan for our patient.
I qualified from the University of Southampton and over the years worked within the NHS and privately. In Podiatry, we believe early detection is key and prevention is better than cure. We want to offer patients a solution and treatment to reduce the risks of future problems.
Hence my husband, Glen and I decided to start a Podiatry clinic together and where else better to open the clinic than in Glen’s hometown Brixham. We recently moved to Brixham with our two children and have embarked on this wonderful and rewarding journey together. Recently we climbed Mt Snowdon and absolutely loved it, so much so that we think we have caught the mountain bug and can’t wait to climb the other two peaks (at least Glen and I am…. not sure about the kids…yet??). But as a family we do enjoy outdoors and love going for long walks.
We hope that you will come and visit us soon as we offer a wide range of services..….. Or Just pop in to say hello!!
Working with my wife, our Lead Podiatrist, Trupti and building up the business is a rewarding and enjoyable experience in my hometown.
My responsibility, as Business Development Director, is to make sure people know about Healthy Footsteps Podiatrist Clinic and to engage with the local community in building partnerships, relationships and trust in our business.
I was born and raised in Brixham where most of my family still live here in the delightful fishing port town. My family go back generations here and it is great to be back after many years away.
While away from Brixham I have been involved in the cruise industry, since 1999 when I went to sea onboard my first cruise ship.
During the past 22 years I have worked for some the world’s leading cruise lines as well as working at the Port of Southampton managing cruise terminals.
More recently I was contracted to the world’s most luxurious cruise line ‘The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’ where I became fully emersed in the ‘luxury’ mindset. With this, I have been able to bring to Healthy Footsteps a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
As a family, we have two boys, we enjoy the great outdoors and often go walking along the coastal paths here in the South Hams and Torbay, as well as scaling Mount Snowdon and soon Ben Nevis in Scotland.
Trupti and I look forward to welcoming our patients and customers to our clinic
